Enter the Recreation Centre through the main entrance (see map below). Main entrance doors open at 5.50am.
Parking:
Free parking available in the Ara carpark until 7.00am. Entrance to this carpark is via either Moorhouse Ave or Coventry Street (see map below).

- Water bottle (there is a water fountain available at the venue)
- Sweat towel

There are changing rooms and shower facilities at the session venue for your use. If you are going to have a shower afterwards, it might be wise to park in a free parking spot around the venue as free parking is only available at Ara officially until 7am.
