A valid Extra Mile Runners Membership or Drop In Session pass is needed. Please book into your sessions if you have the following:
- Drop in Session
- 6mth Membership (and not doing a current Group Programme - Get up to Five, Club10k or RaceTeam)
- 12mth Membership (and not doing a current Group Programme - Get up to Five, Club10k or RaceTeam)
You can book your sessions up to 7 days in advance. You can cancel up to 30mins prior to a session start time.
Note: If you are doing a Group Programme (Get up to Five, Club10k or RaceTeam), you do not need to book into the individual sessions.
