Track Session: Interval Training
The session involves short intervals with recovery sets - guaranteed to get your heart rate up and test and improve your run fitness. You will be working to paces: 10km, 5km and race pace (use the VDOT calculator to work out your paces). Our coach sets up a track session on the netball courts and guides you through the session.

Session Logistics:
  1. Please be at the session at least 5mins before the start. 
  2. When you arrive please "check in" with the coach 
  3. Any gear is your own responsibility, we will look after your car keys.
  4. Our coach will outline the session format in the session briefing before we begin.
What to bring to the session:
  • GPS watch or a watch with a stopwatch function (our coach will call out your timings so this isn't essential). A GPS watch will keep you to your paces. 
  • Headlamp for dark evenings
  • Appropriate running gear for the conditions
  • Warm gear for before and after the session
