Endurance Run: Long Session
This session has an early start of 7.00am and can be anywhere from 120mins - 240mins in duration.

Session Logistics:
- Please be at the session at least 10mins before the start.
- When you arrive please "check in" with a coach.
- Any gear is your own responsibility, we will look after your car keys.
- Our coach will outline the session format in the session briefing before we begin.
What to bring to the session:
- A watch/GPS watch
- Headlamp for dark mornings
- Appropriate running gear for the conditions
- Knowledge of the course and the session options
