Session Logistics:
Please be at the session at least 10mins before the start.
When you arrive please "check in" with the coach
Any gear is your own responsibility, we will look after your car keys.
Our coach will outline the session format in the session briefing before we begin.
What to bring to the session:
A watch/GPS watch
Headlamp for dark mornings
Appropriate running gear for the conditions
Knowledge of the course and the session options
Reservations
You are only allowed to make reservations 7 days in advance.
