Hill Repeats:
The session is all about building strength. You start with a flat easy running warm up then start your hill repeats for the duration of time specified in the session details. Our coach will guide you through the session. You will run up the hill to a turnaround cone and then run down back to the start. Repeat.

What to bring to the session:
  • GPS watch or a watch with a stopwatch function 
  • Headlamp for dark mornings
  • Appropriate running gear for the conditions
  • Warm gear for before and after the session
Session Logistics:
  1. Please be at the session at least 10mins before the start. 
  2. When you arrive please "check in" with the coach taking the Members/Drop In Roll Attendance
  3. Any gear is your own responsibility, including car keys.
  4. Our coach will outline the session format in the session briefing before we begin.
