You have 2 session options:
1. Track Session (interval training)
2. HIIT/Track Session (strength/interval training)

Decide which session you will do and then at the session listen out for our coaches instructions.

Both options involve short intervals with recovery sets - guaranteed to get your heart rate up and test and improve your run fitness.

What to bring to the session:
  • GPS watch or a watch with a stopwatch function (our coach will call out your timings so this isn't essential). A GPS watch will keep you to your paces. 
  • Headlamp for dark mornings and evenings
  • Appropriate running gear for the conditions
  • Warm gear for before and after the session
Session Logistics:
  1. Please be at the session at least 10mins before the start. 
  2. When you arrive please "check in" with a coach.
  3. Any gear is your own responsibility, we will look after your car keys.
  4. Our coach will outline the session format in the session briefing before we begin.
