Pace Session: A tempo run is a faster-paced workout also known as a lactate-threshold, LT, or threshold run. You will be working to different paces.
To view the session details including a
meeting point map: 
- Please be at the session at least 5mins before the start.
- When you arrive please "check in" with the coach
- Any gear is your own responsibility, we will look after your car keys
- Our coach will outline the session format in the session briefing before we begin.
What to bring to the session:
- GPS watch, or a watch with a stopwatch function
- Headlamp for dark evenings
- Appropriate running gear for the conditions
- Understanding of what your "paces" are for half marathon (race pace), 10km and 5km pace
- Warm gear for before and after the session
