5km Hill Time Trial: Test yourself with this 5km Hill time trial. You will start with a flat warm up before you start the time trial. You will run out and back to a 2.5km marker.

Appropriate running gear for the conditions
Warm gear for before and after the session
Session Logistics:
Please be at the session at least 10mins before the start.
When you arrive please "check in" with the coach taking the Members/Drop In Roll Attendance
Any gear is your own responsibility, we will look after your car keys.
Our coach will outline the session format in the session briefing before we begin.
