Pace Session: 
A tempo run where you will be working to different efforts.
❗️This session is suitable for all levels of runners from beginners through to advanced. We are all working to time not distance, so work at your own level and bring a watch!

Session Details:
10 min: Warm up (easy running)                                            (turn at 5mins)
20 min: Moderate intensity (or half marathon pace)     (turn at 10mins)
10 min: Easy running                                                                (turn at 5mins)
10 min: Hard Intensity (or 10km pace)                                (turn at 5mins)

Recover and Stretch

What to bring to the session:
  • GPS watch, or a watch with a stopwatch function
  • Appropriate running gear for the conditions
Session Logistics:
  1. Please book into the session
  2. Please be at the session at least 5-10mins before the start. 
  3. When you arrive please "check in" with the coach taking the Roll Call attendance
  4. Any gear is your own responsibility, we will look after your car keys
  5. Our coach will outline the session format in the session briefing before we begin
