Pace Session:
A tempo run where you will be working to different efforts.
❗️This session is suitable for all levels of runners from beginners through to advanced. We are all working to time not distance, so work at your own level and bring a watch!
Session Details:
10 minutes: Warm up (easy running/gossip pace)
15 minutes: Moderate intensity (or half marathon pace)
5 minutes: Hard Intensity (or 10km pace)
10 minutes: Moderate intensity (or half marathon pace)
10 minutes: Hard Intensity (or 10km pace)
Recover and Stretch
What to bring to the session:
- GPS watch, or a watch with a stopwatch function
- Appropriate running gear for the conditions
Session Logistics:
- Please book into the session
- Please be at the session at least 5-10mins before the start.
- When you arrive please "check in" with the coach taking the Roll Call Attendance
- Any gear is your own responsibility, we will look after your car keys
- Our coach will outline the session format in the session briefing before we begin
